Gillian stands strong on rebuilding state and national infrastructure to meet the demands of today’s world.
We do not invest nearly enough money in our own economy. The Wisconsin Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) recently gave our infrastructure a “C” rating, citing the low quality of our drinking water, transit, wastewater management, and roads. This is unacceptable.
Gillian has seen how a weakening infrastructure impacts the health of communities. From clean air and clean water to broadband internet and affordable transportation, she knows that without a strong infrastructure our economy cannot be strong. Gillian will advocate for investments in infrastructure, clean energy, health care, and education—which will create well-paid union jobs to support working-class Wisconsinites.
